Our company
was founded by two visionary technocrats, namely, Mr. Mitin Patel and
Mr. Vinod Patel, at a time when the need for a professional approach in the
segment of industrial control panels was most acutely felt. The company
was established as Prima Electronics in 1989, and was converted to a Private limited company a decade later. An ISO 9001:2000 certified company, we remain committed to provide superior quality products and maintaining an efficient and fast service. This has helped us to attain an enviable client list spread all across the world. Our two state-of-the-art manufacturing are spread at an area of 13,000 sq. mt. and 8000 sq. mt. respectively, and are outfitted with the most sophisticated machines and equipments to manufacture superior quality products. Quality has always been the topmost priority for our company, we undertake every detailed test to ensure that our products are as per the international standards of quality. Because of this, we have been accredited with the ISO 9001:2000 and TUV certificate. We have an in-house quality testing facility, where every product is manufactured under the stringent vigil of quality inspectors. Our other advanced testing facilities include computerized test facility for Series production, PLC based HV and IR testing facility, primary and secondary injection test facility, salt spray test for Busbar plating test, etc. The raw materials employed are of A-grade quality and are imported from reputed suppliers in USA and Germany. International quality standards are adhered to diligently, so that only the best lot reaches our clients.
Infrastructure A well established infrastructure is a boon for every organization, and we, Prima
Automation (India) Pvt. Ltd., are backed a robust infrastructural setup consisting of an ideal blend of man and
machine. We have two highly advanced manufacturing units spread over an
area of 13,000 sq. mt. and 8000 sq. mt. respectively. Our production
machines like CNC Turret Machine, NC Press Breaks, NC Shear Machines,
Power Press, etc. are of the latest technology, which facilitate a
smooth production of products. Along
with this, we have several other facilities that include a complete
in-house Design Department as well as a capable R & D, Logistics and Customer Care Department. All these facilities give us
the leeway to provide superlative quality goods and services and
respond to any queries or problems posed by our customers. A
team of efficient, experienced and dedicated employees has been a great
force behind the success of the company. Our company owns a large
warehouse, where the bulk products are stored to meet any unforeseen market
demand.
